Abstract
The National Institute of Agricultural Research (INIA), as an agency attached to the Ministry of People's Affairs for Agriculture and Land (MPPAT), adapting to the policy changes proposed by the State, is restructured with a Mission and Vision, which contributes to the construction of the new socialist productive model of the nation, proposed in the first Plan of the Simón Bolívar National Project of 2007-2013 and the second Plan Patria 2013-2019.
