Abstract

Intense population and industrial growth, the lack of planning and management strategies, as well as the lack of understanding of the ecological and socioeconomic value of ecosystems, have led to serious problems of pollution and environmental impact, and the loss of valuable natural and economic resources worldwide.

Therefore, the ecological problem and the environmental crisis arise from the fact that human beings can actively intervene in the environment to satisfy their needs and, through this, are causing great damage to the environment and all living beings that depend on it.
