Technique to determine body condition in sheep
Abstract
The physical state of the animals in a production cycle indicates the nutritional state in which they are found in a particular herd. The producer must know the body condition of the animals, whether they are skinny, fat or obese, in each of the key stages that occur such as: mounting, gestation and lactation.
