The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela has strengthened its agricultural activity
Abstract
In recent years, the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela has strengthened its agricultural activity in order to achieve an increase in food production. One of the elements to consider in order to achieve this is the appreciation of plant species; these species, most of which are native, have potential uses, either for direct consumption or through the use of their derivatives. Species considered wild in some cases, such as weeds and forest species, offer a wide variety of uses, from culinary to animal feed.
