Use of two sources of organic fertilizer in the cultivation of Seminole bean variety
Abstract
The green bean is a vegetable that has a high diffusion in Venezuela, especially in the Andean area where, thanks to its short vegetative period, it can be found available all year round. In addition, some cultivars are exported as frozen products, which gives them agro-export potential. Bean or bean are common names given to varieties of Phaseolus vulgaris L. developed for consumption as green pods, characterized by having low fiber content. Most of these varieties come from the United States of America and Europe. Voysest, (2000). They have a high content of amino acids, such as niacin and riboflavin, being important in the Venezuelan food basket.
